Skilled Nursing - Close patient monitoring of vital signs, wound care, medication regimen maintenance, patient and family education regarding treatment procedures, case management, and supervision of non-nursing personnel.

High-Tech Nursing - Delivery of treatment procedures which require training and/or certification in use of complex nursing procedures and/or medical equipment. (Ex: MRI, Ostomy, Psychiatric, Enterostomal Therapy, and I.V. Thearpy).

Physical Therapy - Specialized services prescribed by a physican to evaluate and restore damaged muscle, nerve, and joint function through exercise and/or equipment. Develop rehabilitation plan to train patient in the use of equipment, gait training to maximize ambulation, adn exercises to restore or maximize joint and muscle function.

Occupational Therapy - Specialized services prescribed by a physician to evaluate and restore fine motor skills of upper extremities. Emphasis on daily living skills such as eating, dressing, bathing, etc.

Speech Therapy - Specialized services prescribed by a physician to evaulate and treat speech and swallowing disorders which result from illness or injury to brain or larynx.

Medical Social Worker - Assist with agency assessment for placement in appropriate facilities, financial guidance, arrangements for transportation and meal services, and supplement assistance in the home during recovery period.

Home Health Aide - Assistance with activities of daily living which require "hands on" personal care such as bathing, grooming, toileting, and dressing. Also includes, light housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation, and transportation services.

Homemaker - Assistance with household management when a key adult is unable to perform necessary activities; child-care, housecleaning, shopping, meal preparation, laundry. (Does not include hands-on personal care).
