      - Some key steps in hiring personnel include:

      • Positive identification
      • Personal interview and evaluations
      • Clinical Skills Test(s)
      • Verification of Licenses and Certifications
      • Verification of Auto Insurance, if applicable
      • Verification of current CPR certification
      • At least two (2) favorable references
      • Drug Screening
      • Physical Statement of Wellness
      • Verification of prior work history through credit check
      • Verification of safe driving record
      • Verification of work eligibility

      - All La Jolla Nurses Homecare personnel are required to complete our Agency Orientation and receive a Photo I.D. Badge prior to caring for clients.

      - La Jolla Nurses Homecare provides monthly educational services to update the skills and knowledge of our caregivers.
