Redi - Nurse maintains a strict personnel hiring practice through a 19 step Hiring Process.

- Some key steps in hiring process include:

• Positive identification
• Personal interview and evaluations
• Clinical Skills Test
• Competency testing
• Verification of Licenses and Certifications
• At least two (2) favorable references
• Drug Screening
• Physical Statement of Wellness
• Criminal record check – Both in State and out of State for past 7 years
• AHCA Affidavit of Good Moral Character
• Motor Vehicle Report
• Consumer Credit Report

- All personnel are required to complete our Agency Orientation and receive a Photo I.D. Badge prior to caring for clients.

- All personnel continuously receive inservice education to upgrade their skills.

- All personnel have been provided A.I.D.S. and O.S.H.A. training.
